Tam Pham - Senior Associate
Experienced Policy Analyst with equipped skill in stakeholder mapping, advocacy planning and data analysis, Tam Pham works as senior associate at Bay Global Strategies in Vietnam, where she provides specialized legal analysis with a focus on technology issues. She serves as a liaison between clients and governmental stakeholders, coordinating with foreign and local business organizations to foster effective communication channels with government ministries.
She has diverse experience spanning from NGOs to the private sector and has been involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Before joining Bay Global Strategies, Tam worked in Oxfam Vietnam – an international NGO, under 'Secured Livelihoods and Resilient Communities" program to enhance inclusive economy. In addition professional work, Tam used to participate in civil society engagement initiatives which were sponsored by U.S. Embassy to Vietnam and YSEALI YOUnified.
Tam Pham holds a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University and is pursuing her Master's in International and EU Relations from Linkoping University of Sweden, which specializes in global issues of cybersecurity and personal data protection. Having finished lawyer apprenticeship training, she is now a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
